Staralucivil, established in 2006, operates from Musaffah-MW5 in Abu Dhabi. With expertise in civil construction, we specialize in structural engineering, architectural design, and project execution. Our team of twenty-four professionals ensures excellence in every project, from buildings to industrial facilities. Quality Assurance

The responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the quality management system within the organization is entrusted to the administration manager (AM). 

The quality management system documentation within the organization is structured at four levels: 

Level – 1 Quality Manual 

Level – 2 Quality Management Procedures 

Level – 3 Work Instructions/ Job Descriptions 

Level – 4 Standard Forms/ Reports 

On award of the Contract, the project-specific HSE plan is prepared based on our corporate HSE management system and the client’s HSE guidelines. Risk assessments are carried out for all major/significant activities and the control measures are implemented upon approval by the client. 

HSE personnel are deployed to monitor the effective implementation of the project HSE management system. The AM (HSEQ) shall review the effectiveness of the project HSE management system every six months with the key personnel of the Project.
